Based on the discussion to the mailing list it appears that spatial 
location issues raise a lot of interest. This indicates that there 
is a need for continuing this activity, preferably within IETF. 
However, the exact focus area is still to be selected in order 
to gain maximal benefit for the development of the Internet.
