RE: SLP reference architecture I-D



Hi James,

Some general comments.  The IETF seems to favor the following RFCs for
working groups (in approximately this order):

Requirements Document
Architectural Document
Protocol Docment

and so on.

I have some further ideas that I wanted to add to this draft,
but ran out of time.  The ideas are non-wireless specific, so
I think it would be good to add those in, and if you have any
contributions, we could re-write the draft & resubmit it. I
would rather not have many specific architectural-related 
drafts (one for gsm, 3g, wireless lan, fixed access, access
from a modem, etc).

When we re-issue this draft, we will work in a broader context,
or, we could work these ideas into a new architectural draft ....
